Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Varanasi Taxi, we recognize that travel plans can change unexpectedly due to flight cancellations, train delays, or health reasons. We strive to provide the most flexible and guest-friendly cancellation policy in Varanasi.

1. Airport & Local City Cabs

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your airport transfer or local sightseeing booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time with zero penalty.
• Since most airport and city bookings require zero advance deposit, there are no refund processing delays.

2. Outstation & Multi-Day Tours

• Cancellations requested 24 hours or more prior to departure: 100% refund of any advance token paid.
• Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of departure: A nominal 25% administrative fee may apply if the vehicle has already been reserved exclusively.
• Cancellations within 4 hours or after the cab has dispatched: Advance token is non-refundable to cover driver positioning fuel costs.

3. Flight Cancellation by Airline

If your flight to Varanasi Babatpur Airport is cancelled by the operating airline, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 99354 74730. Your pickup will be cancelled or rescheduled to your subsequent flight with zero penalty.

4. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds for advance deposits are processed within 24 to 48 business hours directly to the original UPI ID or bank account used during booking.
