Welcome to Varanasi Taxi (varanasitaxis.com), operated by Varanasi Taxi Services. By reserving or utilizing our taxi, cab rental, or tour services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

• Airport transfers and local city tours generally require zero advance deposit. Payment can be made in cash or via UPI directly to the driver upon completion of the trip.
• Outstation multi-day trips and large Tempo Traveller bookings may require a nominal advance token to lock vehicle availability during peak pilgrimage festivals.

2. Pricing & Fare Inclusions

• Quoted flat airport rates include AC car, driver allowance, fuel, toll taxes, and parking fees.
• Local packages (4 hours / 40 km or 8 hours / 80 km) cover transit within the city boundaries. Running beyond the package duration or kilometer limits will incur extra charges as listed on our Rates page.
• Outstation tolls, state entry permits, and night driving allowances (between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM) are billed as specified in the agreed quote.

3. Flight Delays & Waiting Time

For airport arrivals at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport (VNS), we offer up to 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing time. If you experience delays at baggage claim, please notify your driver or our helpline.

4. Passenger Conduct & Safety

Passengers are expected to treat drivers respectfully and adhere to safety laws. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and transport of illegal substances in commercial vehicles are strictly prohibited by Indian law.
